Thank you Dr. Biehl, for finding out what caused our Lady to have seizures. You called twice; once to tell us her urine test was on its way to the lab, and the next day with the results that let us know our dog did not have kidney disease. Thank you for reading her diagnostic tests and assuring us she is fine. We now have a really good idea as to what caused her zeisures and she will be A-OK.

Dr Val went out of her way to take care of my dads Dachshund before he had to be put down, went as far as going to the IRMC to visit my father and speak to his doctors about the importance of my dad being home with his lil buddy! Was so impressed that when we adopted our English Bully, We went to her right away as he was old and needed medical attention ASAP!! Dr Val and her staff were amazing!! Knew the money was tight and we had already spent so much in saving our "fatty mcfat" she was able to tell us what he does need now and doesnt need now! ABSOLUTELY AMAZING VET!! WOULD NOT GO ANYWHERE ELSE!! WOULD AND WE DO RECOMMEND HER AS MUCH AS WE CAN!!!
I have hunted all around for a vet that would work with my dog. She is old and came from a not so nice home which made her scared/shy of adults as well as many other things (most we have gotten her over but teaching her to trust stranger has been hard to break). They were amazing more then I could have ever hoped for. They allowed her to curl up on the reception couch between my husband and me while they did her exam so she felt secure. By the end she even accepted a treat from the vet which had me tearing up because she does not accept food from anyone she does not trust. They are working with us also on random visits so she feels the office is a fun place to go not just a check up. I can not recommend them enough. They go above and beyond in every way. Plus they are less expensive then many other vets and will not try to sell you a million other things.
Great experience and wonderful staff. We brought our Newfoundland in for ear infections. Our dog is big and difficult but they were so patient with her. They spent over an hour with us and explained the medications and treatment thoroughly. Highly recommended.
Dr.Biehl is an amazing diagnostician. she can quickly troubleshoot issues with horses or small animal such as dogs. She has helped me multiple times which saved me money due to her effective efficient treatment.

Dr. Biehl saved my dog Sydney's life. She was very busy and set to travel and had no openings in her schedule. However she came highly recommended and after hearing Sydney's condition took time to make an emergency appointment to see her. She was very reasonable with the cost of her services and even brokered an emergency surgical procedure with another great doctor that very day. She truly is an angel and pointed is on a path to save SYDNEY. I am forever grateful for her service and many of my neighbors in South IRC travel and pass many other offices along the way to get the great care she gives. Thank you Dr. Biehl!
