Awful service. Lazy incompetent staff. Waiting beyond an hour to get seen is unacceptable, what a joke of a so called medical centre.

Waited 10hrs for a call back from doctors, following the Covid procedures. I was at work missed the call. Just ring again she couldn't say when they will phone me back other than done time today. I told her what happened previously. That was an hour ago and going to work soon. Not impressed

Absolutely amazing service. We were visiting the island for a little holiday when my husband got severe tooth ache. After ringing a few dental practises we were advised to attend the emergency dental clinic at this medical centre. We were seen within minutes and after 30 for x-ray and antibiotic prescription we were away. Excellent professional service at point of need. Wonderful NHS! Highly recommend!

Not worth going in with ANY kind of emergency.. got worse infection after my temporary filling which was too high and put too much pressure on my already infected tooth.. ended up in hospital next day because of that and was given stronger antibiotics and pain killers that could get me through the night...day later the tooth had to be extracted (by amazing dentist at MyDenist in Ryde!! ) NEVER going to East Cowes Medical Centre again. Torture.

This is medical practice needs a good shake up by management dealing with chimpanzees at a T party would be easier than dealing with the reception staff avoid this surgery at all costs

Had to wait over 40 minutes for my appointment even though the doctor wasn’t seeing anyone else. Another patient I had spoke to had been waiting over an hour, her partner managed to go to Newport and back, she still hasn’t been seen and when I had finally been seen, the poor woman was still sat in the waiting room. Not what I want to be doing with my daughter stuck in her pram for 40 mins baring in mind I had to cancel other meetings because this was “the only appointment they had” which I seem to hear quite a lot. The worst doctors I have ever been too! Haven’t heard a nice thing about them from other people either...

A once good practice gone down hill, no time for patients these days just a quick move along. Sadly the reception staff do their best, I waited 5 days for a prescription only to find out the med brand was discontinued, then having to wait another three for another prescription then 3 days until ordered in for Monday. This is one of a catalogue of prescription nightmares over the year. Unfortunately you can't choose your Dr's surgery.

ALL THE DOCTORS IN THIS MEDICAL CENTER ARE AS NICE AND THOROUGH AS YOU WOULD FIND ANYWHERE.I CANNOT PRAISE THEM ANY HIGHER.THE SUPPORT STAFF ARE ALSO VERY GOOD AS WELL.I HAVE NOW BEEN WITH THEM FOR OVER A YEAR NOW,AND STILL HAVE THE SAME OPINION AS I DID BEFORE.IN CASE OF ANY CONFUSION I AM CALLED EITHER STEVE OR DENNIS.
