Lovely pub. Right out the way beautiful location. Friendly staff. Food was well priced, arrived hot and was delicious. No faults what so ever. Will book again on my next visit to the island.

We sat outside and enjoyed a very nice meal. Selection of beers not great. Very nice setting on the water.
Well prepared for Covid Social distancing. Food not terribly enterprising. A bit manufactured. Nevertheless staff are a credit to to the business. Great location..consider bus there and water taxi back say after a visit to Osborne House but may have to book both locations.
We have visited the Folly many times by road but this time we arrived via a Yacht. The berthing master was great really helpful and informative. We moored on the Folly visitors pontoon. We booked a table in the pub for 7pm but unfortunately the person who took the details did not allocated a table for us. No problem they duly found us a table and the food ordered was of a good standard and plenty of it. We had a really great evening there were a couple of other visiting yachts which were part of a rally who too looked like they had a great time. The pub had booked a singer for the evening and was absolutely brilliant playing a guitar and sang non stop all evening with a full range of songs from different years and artist. A great evening all round. The not so good.... the toilets and showers for the visiting yachts person are not good at all and requires a very good clean. Worth 4 stars with a clean.
Be good of the staff knew what they were doing. Downloaded app. Told not to bother using it. Couldn't order drinks on it anyway. Food order slow. Different servers coming to table to ask if we needed anything else, no just our order! Salmon arrived swimming in some dirty looking water. Coffee arrived (flat white ordered, filter arrived) most of it in the saucer with no apology. Ordered pint of lime and soda, received 1/2 pint soda, if lime was in it, it was very small amount. Charged for 3 shots of lime and when challenged, then told they didn't do pints, should have been told when ordered not after. Gave 55p refund which was one shot of lime! All in all not a very good experience and will not be recommended or visited again. Thanks Ben/Sophie and the rest of the staff for spoiling our evening
