We used the East Cowes branch recently to both buy and sell a property in East Cowes. Ben & Jennie were so helpful - & Elisha in the office. Nothing was too much trouble, any questions we had we received a a very quick response and were able to update us on progress. Would definitely recommend them and would use again, but hoping not to move again for the foreseeable future!

Absolutely horrific. Awful Professionalism. Incapable of getting information across. Can’t seem to fulfil the basics of their roles. Do not share relevant information. Unbelievably Lazy members of staff. Being of a slightly younger age in the world of adulthood, it took an older individual 10 minutes to get information out of these people, in which we had waited 3 weeks for. Despicable. Words cannot describe how furious I am with these people’s lack of ability to do their jobs. Disgraceful.
We are leaving our lovely first home, having outgrown it with our young family. We were nervous about putting it on the market, especially as we are a working family with two children. The appointment for photos to be done was made very quickly and at our convenience. The photos looked amazing and really showed our house off in the best light. We went live on the internet within an hour of Jenny leaving our meeting. We had 7 viewings booked within 6 days and had a very good offer on the 6th day. Sold within a week! All appointments were made at our convenience, we were kept up to date with first rate communication. Jenny was very efficient and put us at ease from the outset. We felt very confident in her hands, even with our nerves about the whole moving process! We also found our next dream family home through HRD and we are so pleased they are handling both cases to keep the process as easy as possible. We highly recommend Hose Rhodes Dickson.
