I visited Isle of Wight past summer and we ordered takeaway from Samels. Very good options to choose from. Kebabs, fish and chips, pizza. Quality/value ratio is excellent. I will be going back to there on my next trip as well.

Loved the large chips, great with peanut allergies as they use palm oil rather than peanut oil.
Whilst waiting for my order i see three phone orders taken(from when i started watching at least), prepared, sent out for delivery and even the delivery driver came back three times. After the third round of deliveries i asked if i could have mine delivered to save waiting any longer and got told they'd do it now. While i watched my food get shoved about with attitude i got to listen to another member of staff moan about me to others. Eventually got a bag of food held in my directing by a teenager with all the services skills she's been taught to her by the senior staff, which was just a blank stare with no words exchanged. When i got home i had an oap meal with more chips in it than the meals with a large and regular portions, a stone cold burger with half an onion skin in it, and all the chips had been so over salted three different people couldn't eat them and this is the main reason for writing this review because i believe it was done totally maliciously. What else would i have got if i had got it delivered and not been there to watch? The battered sausage for my dog had been either so over cooked or left under heat for too long that even the batter was burnt and for some reason not taken from the ampule amount of freshly cooked ones in the hot tray. That went in the bin too. The attitude of these people after simply inquiring how much longer my order was going to be was ridiculous. Also like to point out no face coverings are worn at all by any of the staff.

Take away fish and chip shop favourites and kebabs and pizza's all in one place. Good pricing, good service, will use again and again...
