These people who work here are like ROBOTs, if an address on a package being sent is mislabled "Drive" and there is NO "Drive" because it should have used the word "Road", they just REFUsE TO DELIVER IT !!! Then when a package does arrive there for pick up, they tell the recipient its NOT there.... UNACCEPTABLE !!! - esp when the resident recipient has been there for over 30 yrs and even has a P.O. BOX in same building and is in that building EVERY DAY! A Mis-managed business and should be budget cut and streamlined....
Our Postmaster has always been extremely helpful and courteous, nice to see that they provide top level service in our little corner of town.
Incredibly rude woman working there to such an extreme that it borders on absurdity. We called to report her behavior (and to find out where she sent our package for the second time purely out of spite) and received an "ah yes, she has received a number of complaints about her behavior toward patrons" Power corrupts, even the tiny, antiquated power of aging female post office employees.
