Dolce Mama Confections created the most beautiful and delicious dessert table for my sister's bridal shower. Nota was so wonderful to work with. Her attention to detail and passion is amazing! She created and implemented the entire display as well, with was such a weight off my shoulders. She is so incredibly talented and I can't wait to work with her again.

The owner, Nota, is fantastic to work with and all her cakes are beautiful, but the most important part is taste. Her cake (and cupcakes) are some of the best I have ever had. You can not go wrong with chocolate, vanilla, or red velvet (these are the flavors I tried). She even was able to make her gluten free chocolate cake taste just like her regular chocolate, which is a distinction I can not give to anyone else currently. I can not say enough of how good it all tastes. I work for a property that hosts some weddings, and we always recommend to give Dolce Mama a try, and I just recently had her make a cake for a 70th birthday party. I chose to go with a vanilla cake with a strawberry jam and strawberry buttercream. The guests of the party realized, after trying the cake, why I would travel 2 hours to get it.
The cakes and cupcakes are amazing! Mama Dolce is amazingly talented, she did our wedding cake and everyone raved how delicious it was, and I am very picky and it was the best cake I ever tasted all made from scratch and the beautiful floral details all over my cake was so pretty I did not want to cut it lol and the presentation she did when setting up, was a display meant to be in a magazine. I highly recommend Mama Dolce for your next cake! You will be so pleased! Thank you Debra
Dolce Mama Confections is the best! Nota is a real artist! She created cakes and desserts for two baby showers, a wedding and my grandson's birthday party all in the past year. Everything was so beautiful and, most importantly, tasted amazing. I was so impressed with her baking, that I ordered my Thanksgiving pies, breads and cookies from her this year. DELICIOUS! I'll definitely be putting in an order for Christmas. Thank you Nota
