I have used this Signature Flight Support location (BDL Hartford/Springfield) as my base for about 20 years as a pilot for a major fractional ownership company. They have always been top notch. Friendly, professional, efficient service. You couldn't ask for better. Today they really blew me away. While I was there my bag got mixed up with some arriving passengers bags and carried away from the airport. (no fault of Signature!) The staff was fantastic helping me figure out where my bag had gone to, and helping me get it back. The general manager James Edwards personally drove way, way out of his way to retrieve my bag and get it back to me! An awesome experience that goes far beyond what I would ever expect. Buy your jet fuel here. Filler up!

Infinite patience showed by the crew at Signature over the weekend of FlightSimCon 2017. They shuttled a group of 10 people back and forth between the airport and the conference more than once. Very friendly staff, would absolutely recommend.

A beautiful and well-appointed FBO. Friendly and knowledgeable staff, wifi, planning and rest rooms, spacious lounge for customers and ample hangar space. Easy access in & out of the secure gate and great location for reaching local industry.
