We at Town Square and Metes and Bounds Management Company take the issue of mold very seriously. Once we received a formal compliant from a resident regarding a mold concern the Property Manager then took steps to have numerous units tested for mold. All of the test came back as no mold found. Thank you, Regional Manager

The owners and mgmt for this building DO NOT want to take responsibility for their actions of not keeping the building up to code since the flood in 1997. As of late, it's taken family members calling the Herald in attempt to get our voices heard. Unfortunately, the resident mgr denied all claims of ever hearing tenants complain about the issues except for within the past 2-3 months. There is mold and other toxins within these walls, ceilings, bathroom fans and vanities. Public health has been working with tenants and as of late, only 2 air quality tests have been done. I've personally had ongoing bronchitis since I moved here in May 2013. I'm allergic to everything under the sun; some of the minor ones have steadily worsened as the years have gone by. Several of us have lost family and friends within the past year to 1.5 years most to breathing and cancer related illnesses. Mold and the other chemicals being used to \cover up\ these mold spots have created more issues. If mgmt would fix these issues, the tenants would be so much better off, but we don't seem to matter. We all have our issues but none of them should have made able-bodied people go downhill as fast as living here has to us. It seems as if we are seen as cattle led to the slaughter. As long as the company can make money, they don't care what happens to the people living here. There's still 2 tenants and their families who do care. And are fighting for themselves as well as for other tenants here. If you are looking for a place to live in EGF, MN, I do not recommend Town Square Apts!!!
