I visited Arthur Hayes during the lockdown period and found that the strategies to keep myself and staff safe was very efficient and effective. My eye test was extremely thorough and I felt reassured by the results of my tests and my guaranty that they will monitor for any changes in my condition. As ever, Arthur Hayes Opticians were fantastic at my recent appointment. All my family have been using them for a good few years now, through various changes in \eye needs\ between us. All the staff are lovely, the advice and treatment is first rate and in a very well-equiped premises. It is a testament to them that my children look forward to their yearly check ups! Also, their Covid procedures have been very safe and sensible throughout the pandemic, inspiring further confidence. Recommended without reservation!

5 stars, absolutely! such a fantastic opticians practice, professional, stylish and knowledgeable, the contrast to the big chains couldn’t be greater, 5 stars on every level. Lucinda was recommended to me by my eye consultant, he described her as being one of the finest Optometrists in the country, he was right, her professionalism and attention to detail are second to none, backed up by a dazzling array of state of the art testing equipment. Five stars isn’t enough for this lovely opticians in East Grinstead. All staff are so kind and caring, Jackie on reception is always so warm and welcoming. On my most recent visit, after a thorough eye examination with Lucinda, I tried on glasses with Nicola’s help, many fabulous frames later me and Nicola picked a pair of glasses that I couldn’t be happier with. I can’t wait to show them off! Thank you all so much! I’ll continue to recommend you to my friends and family.
