Bold guy behind the till(sorry didn't notice his name badge but he works there long time)the best ever! Very fast and sharp, takes him 3 seconds to scan and print prepaid parcel receipt. Others are ok, but not everyone, some of them really like to waste your time and make you wait. Pretending they have to sort out rubber bands or envelopes or whatever.

Very friendly local service which offers a wide range of services from Bureau de Change to National Lottery and of course including Bill payments, passport check and send, car tax, broadband and home Internet even. You can also do money transfers with MoneyGram. Letters and postal services as well obviously. You can also deposit money into your bank account from here even if your bank is closed. Any bank - Barclays, Natwest, Santander, all of them.

No warning that they closed now for 3 weeks for refurbishment. So only 1 post office in the whole of east grinstead now..

Utterly awful service. The Guy working behind the till was so rude to me when I tried to return a parcel. He told me the returns label on my parcel didn’t exist and said ‘where the hell do you expect me to send this?’ I told him that was the label that came with my item, and should be returned via royal rail. I showed him the return address on my phone via the website of my parcel. He dismissed it and told me I don’t what I’m talking about. I decided to drive down to another local post office, where my parcel was sent and I was back out of the shop within 30 seconds.

Staff are friendly, polite and helpful. What's not to like? It's always a pleasure, no matter how busy they are, nothing is too much trouble. 10/10
