Best and most caring vets in Sussex highly recommended
Went to this surgery during the first lockdown after having a nightmare with pets at home... Who refused to carry out a minor operation that was causing my cat anxiety as they didn't class it as an 'emergency' after previously agreeing to it and me booking a day off work to take her... They didn't even let me know they were cancelling it until that morning! Anyway, EG Veterinary Centre were happy to carry out the procedure and were incredibly caring and professional. I would highly, highly recommend this place... They clearly care about the animals, which is sometimes hard to find with some vets!
I am very impressed with East Grinstead vets. Richard looked after our cat to the best of his abilities and I will now always stay with this vets. Thank you Richard for your caring and sympathetic attitude.
After multiple disatisfactory experiences at various other vets in the Horsham area, I came here after my cat was referred by their equally skilled branch in Crawley and I am so relieved. The amazing Richard is clearly very experienced, calm and knowledgeable and performed a much better intervention on my cat than another vet in Horsham I went to 2 weeks prior who underestimated what was wrong with my cat. I could post photos of how better this vet dealt with my cats problem than the Horsham vet I had gone to but it's too unpleasant.
