Have been pleasantly surprised (actually a bit shocked) by how good my recent experience has been. I went in yesterday with pretty low expectations and found the product I was hoping to get. It wasn't overly expensive and did the job I wanted to do. Was so successful I went back for more this morning and they even found the product that they had in the warehouse for me so I could get 4 more! Very impressed and satisfied.
No one queing for the tills but 15 minute queue to swap a 6 set of light bulbs for a 6 set of light bulbs. Jobsworth?
Excellent, friendly and professional advice from Chris Wanstall. Was extremely unsure as to which paint I needed and why and he fully and unbiasedly explained which would suit my needs best.
