Susie is really lovely and very attentive. I have bought several items of clothing from her, which have all been lovely. Several of my friends have also bought items of clothing and jewellery from her and have been extremely pleased with their purchases and the service that was delivered. I would definitely recommend something else very highly.
Initially I enjoyed my shopping experience here and Suzi was an exceptionally attentive salesperson. Having spent nearly 400 I am now incredibly disappointed with both the quality and prices. Two of the pairs of cropped trousers I purchased, 50 each, have badly split due to poor quality. The same is happening with one of the 70 tops. On taking the items back I was met with hostility and told I was too fat! An exchange or refund was completely refused. My recommendation would be to buy online and save yourself 150% of the cost. The identical trousers (Lagenlook) are 19.95!
