I had a problem with the microphone not working on Zoom. As we have been in lockdown Zoom was useful to me. Tim took time to get it sorted whilst I waited and now I can keep in touch with those I can't meet. Really good cheerful service, would definately recommend.
Very approachable and knowledgable. Cleaned up and upgraded my laptop - gave me in effect a new machine for a reasonable price. Also, i dropped into the shop the other day with a query, which they were very happy to answer on the spot in a way that solved my problem. Would definitely recommend.
