I got a chance to work in the department for a bit. Everything is well organized. The tech team knows exactly what they are doing. Please listen to them when they give you advice. They go through extensive training and are always up to date with technology. They will fix your computer but don't ever as a customer expect it to be done right away or the next day as these things take time to be done correctly. I know because I run a computer repair business myself. Take their advice as this is what they do for a living. Managers are great people. You can bring in your old laptop for a trade in but if it doesn't turn on, don't expect any amount for a nonworking computer. They also work on automobiles and do in home services. Schedule an appointment before going, lines can be long sometimes because there is a lot of explaining the staff has to do in order to get you set up. Take their advice.

My kids TV was not working. I remember the sales mentioned if you have any problem with the TV when you get the protection plan we will just fixed or replace it. I thought I need to because it's for my kids. I brought the TV to them almost 3 weeks when I got the message that they dont cover the damage.what a company does that. Can I give zero stars? I like to do a lot of my tech support myself... and should have done just that... I backed up 1/2 my hard drive not 1 hour before bringing my laptop to them for some basic cleaning support... like "can you open it and clean out the fan and give the back of the keyboard a scrub?" Within 5 mins... they came back with my laptop... wiped down the front and said they blasted it with compressed air... and then the laptop wouldn't even turn on... no power... no nothing... They totally managed to break my laptop in the span of 5 mins and then claimed that there must be MAJOR issues with it... yeah sure... which is why I was able to backup 1/2 my data not an hour before... sure sure... These guys are the BIGGEST SCAM artists on the face of the planet... NEVER ever go to these guys... What a joke... Oh... and then they offered to help me "recover" my data for like 200... screw you... I'll do it myself...
This is the worst tech support company I have ever encountered. Money down the drain on VERY RUDE (what seems to be) high school kids. If you get "short" Rob on the phone, hang up or ask to speak with someone else. They took in our laptop and did absolutely nothing - failed in even the most basic work, and then charged us for it. Try another service ... any other service.

So they said it would take them 10 days to come out and after accepting that delayed appointment, I made it home on Sunday on time for the appointment... after waiting for 2 hours, they called and said they couldn't make it since they mis-scheduled it on the wrong guy who wasn't able to do the work I needed. They offered to reschedule for an additional 2 weeks later. Thanks for making me take my Sunday away from me and waste it on you guys, only to find out you would screw up the schedule and make me wait another 2 weeks.
