this is my favorite animal pet store out of all of them, and I did a lot of shopping in stores and online stores but this PetSmart is the best store out of all the stores for my dog and the best helper here is named Tom. he has been helping my dog since June because a local vet misdiagnosed and got my dog very sick. because of Tom my dog is thriving and 90% better. Thank you Tom

Easiest Black Friday shopping ever. I ordered my seals online instead of dragging myself out away from my family and picked up curbside when it was convenient. The team member loaded the huge reptile tank into my car for me, too!
Grooming is wonderful. Everyone is very nice. My pup loves Wilson!
Took my dog here for grooming. Was told throughout the day that my dog was \stressed\ and wasn't cooperating, so they couldn't finish grooming her. went to pick her up and noticed that they ripped the fur and skin from the corners of her eyes!!! You can see the redness and she was bleeding. My dog was in so much stress that she has been vomiting and diarrhea all night. I cannot believe the awful treatment here
