It's a very small store, low volume. So we weren't able to get our phones in store. Since there was just a holiday rush, the only option was to order the phone and wait for the arrival. Other than that the young lady was very friendly and helpful. The store was well kept and clean

Terrible service, when they have less than an hour to close, they invent that the system does not work for them to avoid working on schedule. A person named Erika has on her identification badge that she speaks Spanish and was asked to speak to her in that language and she said she did not speak it

Today I went into this location just to take a look around and Joe was extremely helpful ! I have been having a very difficult time deciding what phone to upgrade to that will help me manage my business and family. Joe was extremely knowledgeable and efficient. The store manager Cherryse came over to introduce herself and also gave me a lot of advice because I am not very tech savvy. They both made me feel comfortable and did not become frustrated with me as I asked many questions (which usually happens). I am not from the area but because of this experience I will have no problem taking the drive so that I can get service like this again. They are above and beyond excellence!
