Excuse the late response. Yes you are correct I had an MOT at East Hill, and I took my car to another garage for the work. As you stated I'm under no obligation to have work done at East Hill. When the other mechanic checked the brake pads he informed me that they did not need changing at all. Therefore my rating is not unfair as you told me I needed work that did not NEED to be done. I asked elsewhere for a third opinion and it was confirmed that is should not have been an advisory on my MOT. I did take my car to you for a service, when I checked the oil (shortly after) the oil was still black and did not look like it had been changed at all, which I believe is standard for the service i paid for. I will not return and nor will my partner who was also very disappointed with the work done on his car. Please do better. As you say you are an independent bussiness you should not take advantage of customers. I decided to return for an MOT purely on the basis that the garage was convenient to use. I shall not make a mistake like this again.

Excellent service. I use these guys for MOT, service and general repairs, as does my wife both my son's. Always honest, reasonable and on time. I will go nowhere else now.

I had my car mot then had a full service also had a coolant hose replaced and ball joint boot replaced prices were really good staff very friendly and text me when my car was ready the garage is in good location for me half between home and work I have used bigger garages who wanted to charge for work not needing to be done. So decided to go to a small garage who care about the customer will be using the garage all the time
