It was fabulous, clean, staff very attentive, food good and reasonably priced. Would definitely go back.

Loads of softplay and other things for the over 4s. Not so much for the younger kids. A lot more seating than you get a similar places. The food is fine but don't expect anything special. Only one baby change area.

Really enjoyed going here with my almost 2 year old and 3 year old. i went at a busy period sobwe had to wait a bit due to the timing but much prefered waiting and it not feeling overrun with children when we did get in. good variation and separation of little ones.

Attended here this morning. Playing facilities for kids are definitely above average.... However: 1. Staff were extremely rude in front of myself and children. 2. Certain areas of play area are unsafe snd when I pointed this out to staff... Refer to 1 above!!!!.... Not their problem.... 3. Staff said it is suitable for ages 1-14...There were 13 & 14yr olds climbing volcano type slides and when not managing to reach top, inadvertently slid back down slide in turn cascading into 4yr old infants.... Serous accident awaiting to happen... This was just one of 2 slides with the other steep slide not supervised whatsoever.... This similar slide at all other like play areas I have been to has always been supervised or closed off with no access to infants unsure of immediate danger.Refer to 2 above! 4. If you want to pay 5.50 per head, take out a second mortgage for a sausage and chips, and be in constant fear of your child's safety then I would thoroughly recommend this as a great day out... I am sure the staff are all fully trained in first aid... Refer to 1 above...

Massive playing area for the wild kids but quite horrible for adults. Little tabled all cramped together.

My kids had a great time. It was Easter bank holiday Monday and was very busy but the place was well managed from reception through to the cafe staff. It’s far more cleaner than another similar place in East Kilbride which I won’t name. It’s well laid out where you can easily see your children wherever they are. Security is very tight too.

Quite possibly the worst experience possible in East Kilbride (and that's saying something!). Inexplicably large queues for the cafe/diner with no one appearing all that bothered to attempt to reduce waiting times - there are loads of staff, surely they must be there to do something? Constant (LOUD) P.A. announcements, reminiscent of some sort of warped "ministry of fun" endeavour from the 40s. "COME IN MR. SMITH, YOUR TIME IS UP". The whole place is like some sort of Mad Max post apocalyptic nightmare.

A glorified drop off area for parents that can't be bothered to come up with ideas to entertain their kids. Soft play area is decent enough but most of the parents that bring their out of control kids here dont seem to have any care or interest in supervising them and it unsafe for younger children.
