A great place to rest your head if visiting MSU, lots of restaurants within walking distance; however, the in hotel restaurants were closed due to COVID, the hotel provided above ground parking for our oversized AIRSTREAM Interstate, which was very helpful. We had a room with windows facing the atrium, which wasn't very desirable; I'd recommend a room with a Street view.

Everything from reserving to check in to check out was easy and hassle free. The room was clean and comfortable when we checked in. The decorations have a modern flair, staff is very friendly and helpful. Prices are reasonable for a stay but they fill up quickly for events on campus. The bed is comfortable, but does have down pillows as a heads up if you are allergic. If you request before check in, they will remove the down pillows and replace then with poly fill with zero issues. The hallways were quiet, so it was easy to sleep. Parking is available for 13 a day under the building and they give you passes to come and go as you please. Overall, I always have a wonderful stay when I stop here.

Perfect hotel located steps from Michigan State University. The parking is easy right below the hotel. The lobby is great because you can sit an enjoy a drink while watching a game on TV before bed. We will be back because it is so easy to walk around the campus.

Worst hotel using freshmen of nearby colleges as easy wallets. Pay 100 bucks in any other hotel in the country and you received a front desk that can smile. Paid 250 bucks here and you received a front desk who pretended he did not understand your requests. Outdated interior design, small room.

My poor experience began at check in. Ryan at the front desk was very condescending and offered no assistance with my bags or car. My room was on the floor of pool and I could smell chemicals all night. I just recently joined the rewards program and just started doing business in the area but apparently the silver level doesn’t mean much to the Marriott staff. I would suggest retraining the person who checked me in.
