Worked for this company for a few years while I was going to school. They made it really easy for me to complete school without giving up my clients. They really go the extra mile to make sure the client and employees are taken care of. Highly recommend.

I give all 5 stars to this health care facility on 2 aspects I worked there some few yrs back and also l know one of the residents whom l happen to have worked with and up still date she still reside there and she is well taken care of .Caregivers are also treated fairly in order to treat the residents likewise .Secondly the administrative body are not only out for the money making aspect but thier first priority is rendering the care and support needed by all disabled and we were taught to treat them in a manner we will like to be treated if we happen to find ourselves in alike situation

Wouldn't even give this company a star but only way to write a review. Don't use this company!!! I'm an aide for a different home care and one of my clients was using this company besides the one I work for. When they started out less than two months ago the company was good. But once the girl that took care of him lied to his face and said she'd never leave him stranded did. Everything went down hill quick. They sent out two ppl to be trained by me, only one showed up late (they were supposed to train the evening before I worked but the two ppl never showed up). The person who showed up was more interested in my client's belongings then learning how to take care of him. The person was all eyes and hands touching stuff and acting like they couldn't be trusted. Also their phone was more important than the client. Many red flags went up in the hour and fifteen minutes this person was there. My client didn't feel confident with this person taking care of him the next evening alone so the following morning we called their office 6 times between 9 & 2. We left several messages because no one answered the phone and no one would return the phone call. I received a phone call from my client while I was at another client's house that no one had shown up. So needless to say I ended up working a twelve hour day because of it. My client is bed ridden if nobody shows up to get him out of bed, him or his beautiful dog wouldn't have been able to releave themselves or eat. So please take heed and DO NOT TRUST OR USE THIS COMPANY!!!
