It was a close location. It did take a bit to authenticate that we were who we said we were. But overall was super easy and cheap.

Mrs. R. Carter had the best customer service ever. She was very informative and helpful. My favorite rental location. She represents U-Haul well with her customer service skills.
The ladies at the desk were nice, and the truck did what it needed to.
Would never use this location's service again, I'd give zero stars if I could. The store was closed at time of reservation despite talking to customer service on the phone saying it would be. Other customers came wondering why they had to wait half an hour to get their trucks as well. Customer service was incredibly rude and condescending. They had to re-ask everything I did in store despite ordering it weeks ago.
this truck is a piece of junk. It's think like antifreeze, the doors were frozen shut, wipers had 6 inches of ice built up over the top of them. Took an hour for the defroster all out. You think I could check the truck out before renting it.
