Please tell people that you can't bring your husband with you. I hope this reveiw reaches people like me. When I phoned I said it's both of us. I wasn't told it's only 1 person. Arriving I said my mom passed recently and my dad a few years prior hence not having a huge support system. I also told you I waited for marriage to have a baby so this was no light decision. I made an appointment for my husband and I because together we are infertile. Not me or him.. we. Today you left me in tears. No understanding. No sympathy. But asked so nicely that I can't do this alone. If this was the case why didn't you inform me via phone when i booked ??? I made an appointment for us and you booked us. Today you say no. I am so so disappointed. What was meant to he a beautiful day was awful. Please tell people that they need to come alone even if you don't know what's wrong. Don't give people false hope. You are cruel and have no sense of empathy. I told you my situation. I hope moving forward you treat other people better. You dont peoples situations. Next time someone asks for "help" you listen. For me... i never ask for help. I asked for your help because I needed it. In my case .. my husband had cancer before me and I couldn't answer questions but you insisted on me going alone. You should or told me this via me phoning. You failed me. Also I made an appointment for the 8th which you messed up and phoned me and said the 1st. I accommodated that but you couldn't even accommodate me in any way. I am beyond disappointed and I have no words of encouragement. I hope other "lauras" see this. You will receive no support nor any empathy. I have no words. I am still in tears and I left your practice at 11am.
