RUN! You will NEVER EVER see your deposits again no matter how immaculate you leave your place. Ask anybody who has dealt with them - they screw everyone over and then never reply to emails and conveniently pocket your BCM and deposit money. No manners. Bunch of thick Dutchies!

The psychotic noise from the dogs in DDC is, and has always been, a human rights violation since we moved in almost a decade ago. You advertize for two dogs, but many homes have more than two dogs. Some have more than three, which is not your fault because tenants are lying to you; but it is illegal since the yards are too tiny. With people living this “lock-up-and-go” lifestyle and dogs living in small spaces, tenants inconsiderately leave their dogs to howl all day unaware of the damage it causes. Even if there is say one dog in a yard, there is still continuous barking that goes on and on; be it in the complexes or the street itself. I sit here in agony, having been barked awake early as usual. Even if I am not sleeping, I can’t concentrate because of the noise. My daughter failed matric last year because she also couldn’t study. In addition to that, she is an epileptic who needs to sleep properly without having her circadian rhythm disturbed otherwise she has seizures easily, which is a horrifying sight for me as a mother. We managed to report several homes to BCM in frustration, who warned the tenants. We would have moved ages ago, but since you are known for withholding deposit money, we have stayed because we are too poor to move. You need to do something about the noise. It isn’t fair.

Who do you think pays for their VW CC and Fortuners? The people they let to. Treat people unfairly and made a bad name for the Johnson family. If people get their money back, which is almost never, please can you explain to me this made up three month clause that it takes to refund people? Why does it take so long to give lessees their money back? You are facilitating poverty. People need their money back on leaving to use that for whereves else they are moving to. How can you expect people to come up with another BCM deposit, deposit, first months rent, admin and lease fees? You are crippling people!!!!! You shouldn’t be in this market. It isn’t fair what you are doing.
