Terribly rude front desk personnel in both the Medicross branch and St Dominic's. No eye contact, no smiling and no empathy for patients in pain, my insurance is not accepted by them and I was then ignored. I have a possible fracture but had to endure eye rolling and short answers. Despite me phoning my insurance and my insurance asking to speak to their accounts to arrange immediate payment I was ignored and rudely dismissed. The solution I was trying to offer was that a quotation be given to me so that my insurance could do a direct deposit for the Xray. Not to worry I have been assisted by Triple M Radiologists who were friendly, accommodating and assisted me swiftly.

Front desk staff very rude esp lady with long blond hair, acting as if they doing you a favour. But yet we pay alot for the service provided. I went back 2 days later to request a copy of my X rays taken as it is my legal right to do so. And was told by the same blond woman with long hair. My x rsys has nothing to do with me my dr can have them, by the way why do i want them.... here is why i want them lady... i paid for them and it is my right to have then and you have leagally no right to deny me my x rays...
