Bit disappointing to share but I think my review can definitely assist with improvement. My friend and I visited yesterday during loadshedding (I do understand its inconvenient for everyone, especially shops) Some retailers had their doors closed. Some where open. Some had such exceptional staff who even helped us look for a gift and used their own cellphones as a flash light to assist. We were still looking for a gift and decided to look at fragrances. There were 3 ladies present at Edgards Beauty. The doors were open. The lady who did decided to "assist" us could barely keep her eyes off her cellphone to talk to us and inform us they cannot assist with transactions. This was fine however I then assumed we can atleast have a look at the fragrances and possibly return later however she then (still eyes on her cellphone) told us "we not allowed to come in" (eyes back to cellphone with us - two customers still standing infront of her) So firstly, please consider closing the doors if you cannot assist during loadshedding. Secondly, please consider training your staff in the manner of which they speak to your customers. It's considered rude when you can't take your eyes of your personal cellphone to talk to someone let alone someone who is wanting to spend money at your shop. We also felt very unwelcome when we were told "we not allowed to even look at the fragrances" We then proceeded to Hemingways and had much better assistance from the staff and spent a cool R1175.60 that would of been spent by you. We were more than willing to have come back later should you of spoken to us in a decent manner.

There is a kind lady at the store her name is Thozama. She is professional and helpful. She helped me with wich type of make up should I used and explained everything. Her customer service is the best.
