I returned a vehicle up to date on the 19th and today is the 28th and I'm still waiting for the responsibility money (R6,000). You only sent back R1500 out of R7500 I want my money please. I want it right now

Worst experience with car rental services to date. I hired a car from Monday evening. On Tuesday morning when I stopped in my way I could not start the car (someone else also assisted but it did not work, the key did not turn). After Naturally I called to have the car changed after work. I also realised that I might need a bigger car due to the hills, locations visiting as well as the distances driven for work. When I got to the airport to change the car there were no bigger vehicles left, but just two Datsun Go's. I left with the Datsun but I kept on asking the agent to inform me when a bigger car is available. He confirmed many times. Today I followed up with a call after 14:00 after realising that the wind is also very bad to inquire about availability. The woman who answered confirmed that vihicles were available today and came in and out but again no alternative is available. After speaking to her and relaying the message above she said that the agent who assisted me yesterday will call me back, he is just busy with a client quickly. This was after 2. After 4 I called the call center again and they said that the EL branch manager will call me back, it is currently after 6. At this stage the best thing to do is to return the car and book and pay a deposit again at another car rental company because First Car Rental is very unreliable.

Very dissatisfied and disappointed.Took BMW 318i back to change for another car due to a loud knocking noise when going over bumps and handle on rear passenger side missing. Pick up replacement vehicle full of scratches and steering lose even though driven to where I was waiting by one of the ladies. A few hours later wanting to put inspections document into cybbuhe and cubb6he literally drops out onto the floor completely. My opinion absolute pathetic and very disappointing
