I bought a brand new car i20, Hyundai in 2017, this car has a problem of paint peeling. The first time it happened I took it to East London branch they did fix the problem within 2 weeks after reporting. Again last year my car paint was peeling, I took my car to them on the 8 January 2021 this year. The challenge began when the lady whom I have been communicating with and supposed to assist me was litterally ignoring me. I became so mus frustrated as I had to drive about three times from KWT to EL seeking for assistance. Then I was left with no option other than that of reporting the matter to her manager on the 23rd of March 2021. Then same day (I.e 23 March 2021) afternoon I received a call from this lady who was ignoring my calls saying that I must bring my card the following day (24 March 2021). I must thank the manager for quickly attending to this matter However, the manager need to provide a proper training to her subordinates so that she doesn't have to concern herself with matters that could be resolved at lower levels.

They are friendly and super polite. I dealt with Andre in the parts department. Super friendly and prompt with solutions and help. Service department is on par with the high standard throughout. Dont worry hyundai is there for you.
