Not taking away from the quality of his work, we were however very disappointed with the overall service received. The process took over 2 months to finalize a design (even though we knew exactly what we wanted) and we ended up getting something that is beautiful but no where near what we initially wanted. After waiting very long for the ring to be finished, we were told twice it will be ready only to be told just before collection it was not ready. Not a great experience when you spending a lot of money!
