The most shocking conduct. She actively intimidated elderly grandparents and attempted to remove their cellphones (just because they are recording her conduct). Even though the child expressed her wishes not to come with her, she ignored it and told lies to manipulate the child. Her conduct of the situation resulted in the child being so traumatised that the child attempting jump out of a car. She did not treat the parties in the situation in a caring and respectful fashion nor did she promote the child's' socially responsible self-determination.
