Went there yesterday, with the intention to make an booking for eye test and new spectacles. Before making the booking, i requested the reception lady if i could look (just look, not touch) the spectacle frames, before making a decision. Her response "no browsing allowed", although i was the only customer in the shop. Well i am very dissappointed, and they lost business of approx R7000. Bad experience, will never again recommend this business to anyone. My question/lohic is, how can i go for the testing, all processes, then i am not intetested in their range of frames.
