Since yesterday I have been trying to phone Telkom store in Hemingway . During this time of Covid 19 the option is to call than to go in store just to limit the numbers and be safe, but with this store I think they prefer us to walk in. WHY? Please make your phone accessible.

Typical Telkom shop sadly. The wait times are ridiculous and when you get to speak to someone it can take just as long for a simple job. Hopefully they will soon get there act together and make this a good Telkom shop

Service is very poor waiting here now for over an hour and theres only 2 Tellers. Extremely disappointed. No one at the door to show people what to do when they enter e.g. we didn't know that we are supposed to go to the machine to get a ticket number
