We rented through them for two years. Queries were answered timeously and billing was correct. They are not the friendliest bunch but the are competent and that is all we needed.

Unproffessional. Too quick to charge with no explanation as to what they do exactly. Too quick to hand over accounts with no explanation. Worse company ever. Tad bit racist too. A big lawsuit awaits u people.

Incorrect charges on levy account. Daylight robbery! They don't correct your account and if you short pay the incorrect amount they add an extra exorbitant amount for late payment/debt collector/interest charges etc on your account. Extremely unprofessional and unhelpful.
