The worst experience of my life. No indication or someone that assist you when you get their fir the 1st time. Enquiries is no help either, have to sit in a queue to wait for renewal documents or to book for your licence. Can't phone either to make a booking online.

Not much explanation. Filling in forms done outside without even a table

Be prepared to spend the whole day here as the service is the poorest I've ever seen. The one area that should be fast (cashier) is the worst. You sit on a bench outside for the whole day with no update. To call their system slow is kind, it's non existent

Poorly organized. Have not managed to overcome the challenges of covid. Impossible for everyone to get served .

Tried to phone them for my fiance but line is always busy. How about they stop phoning their friends and actually do their jobs!

Such a waste of time trying to do license renewal. We sit on the bench outside in the cold weather and nothing is happening inside. Surely you can have a system that works more efficiently. Really disappointing to see such lack of any kind of service let alone efficient. I don't know why no one can come up with a better system. Talk about a 3rd world country.
