Absolutely annoyed, frustrated and disappointed with the service of administration. I wish I could give 0 stars. Takes more than 72 hours to respond to emails, responses are often rude with no etiquette. And takes like a minimum of 3 emails to follow up on a request you had like 5 - 10 days ago. Absolute nonsense. If more people in the professional environment did this, they wouldn't have jobs. So I don't know how this nonsense that gets displayed to us as clients goes unseen. Disgusting service.

The worst agency to deal with as a tenant. Try to avoid this agency at all costs. Probably one of the worst estate agents in the UK. They just take advantage of students especially foreign ones without any support in return. I have been trying to claim my deposit for more than one month but still haven't been able to get any response. During my one-year stay in one of their properties i had to deal with all sorts of issues from broken balcony door since the very beggining of the tenacy to rats inside the flat which took the agent nearly 2 months to act. In addition, i had issues with the water pipes and the whole bathroom flooded whick took the them nearly half the time of my tenacy to come and fix it.

The property agent was ridiculously late to our arranged time of meeting (didn't even show up) and couldn't afford us the luxury of an apology but blew up our phone when we ran a few minutes late. They take no initiative towards protecting their tenants property and have a ridiculous excuse for "24h security"... we asked that they atleast improvise and buy a padlock for the gate that remains wide open to everyone they said,"it's out of their budget". It's been a headache dealing with them.
