I moved here super last minute from Nashville and have had a wonderful experience. The staff is super nice and helpful, maintenance is always helpful and fast. The community is overall very quiet and makes it a good place for studying or working at home. The wifi can be a bit slow at times but otherwise have had no problems. It's a bit more expensive then some of the other apartments in the area but comes furnished and you get a ton of individual space making it much worth the money. The utility bill is always low because of the deals they have. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking to move to the area!

I have had two daughters living at East Main Quarters since 2018 and was very pleased with the management company when my older daughter moved in. But since the new company took over in 2020, we've had issues including a leaking AC unit resulting in mold in my younger daughter's apartment that has not been addressed and now she and her roommates have been waiting two weeks to have the main refrigerator replaced after the freezer completely stopped working. The apartments are supposed to be providing some compensation in rent, but these girls have not been able to buy groceries or cook meals for two weeks. We keep getting promises but no answers as to why it is taking so long to be replaced. I used to recommend this complex to other parents, but will no longer do so. We will find another place for my daughter to live next year.
My experience was not as resident, but as guarantor paying the rent. Pros-convenient, walking distance to MTSU,, available parking, spacious, nice amenities in individual rooms; Cons-dirty at move in, air broken and when repaired they cut a good sized hole in bathroom ceiling that was never fixed (they did put up trash bag after concern about mold shared), inexplicable utility overages every month even after roommates moved home due to Covid campus closure, some inspections of premises you were given notice while on others no notice at all, no response to inquiries regarding deposit from office. All places have good and bad, but we found our student a new place for the current year.
I lived at East main from June 2018- July 2020. From the two years I lived there my AC constantly went out and mold grew everywhere. I contacted the office several times about the mold and it wasn’t until I got a lawyer involved that they finally did something. When I moved in, my apartment was unfurnished, everything in there was mine. I recently received a letter after moving out that I have an outstanding balance of 1,300 charging me for furniture that was never in my apartment. Save your money and go elsewhere.
I love being so close to campus and having such a large space of my own, but the office is constantly not open during the hours of when they say they are. I'm very annoyed with this because now we have to go through the office to access the gym, but half of the time they say they are \open\ they aren't. I've complained several times, but today it is almost 11 AM (when they say they open at 10) and they're still not open. They always say \it will never happen again\, but they are just not telling me the truth anymore.
