Loved my experience, will definitely become my new nail salon. The guy that did my nail was sooo good. They were very covid regulated and patient. I kinda had a complex design that required a lot of colors and they literally brought my vision to life. Absolutely amazing

Spacious, clean & friendly staff. I go every 2-3 for acrylic tips, gel nail polish and pedicures. Everyone I’ve had has done an excellent job. Prices are reasonable

I enjoyed this place, they’re very fancy looking and you can always walk in for a service because of the amount of staff. However, I like many others, never knew the full extent nail salons are supposed to go to to avoid cross contamination between clients. They seemed clean enough, but if you do light research you’ll quickly find they don’t do all they could in regards to disinfecting tools etc. I am currently on week 9 of treating a painful wart that I could’ve only gotten from them unfortunately (only salon i was going to, never had warts, don’t share a bathroom, don’t use public showers or walk barefoot etc). The treatment is excruciating & expensive. I’m honestly shocked in general, I’ve been going to salons for over half my life & this was a rude awakening. I’ll miss being pampered but the risk is definitely not worth it. I’m assuming the only nail salons that can actually afford to take all the safety measures that salons SHOULD take are probably pricier and more exclusive, I don’t hold anything against LZ personally.

Do not go here! They file your nails down to the bone and have butchers for nail techs. And if you dare say something to stop them from hurting you, they all become rude towards you and have absolutely no idea what customer service is. My nails are thinner than a sheet of paper now.
