Where do I start? As a busy professional, you hope for a quick & painless doctor’s visit during your lunch hour. I am so happy with my experience. Jessie and Ruthie were stellar. They understand the importance of customer service; they follow up and follow through. They even took the time to talk me through my benefits. I really can’t say enough about them. The doctor was like none other - calm, insightful, and thorough. I am pleased to be a new patient of this office. Kudos to whomever hired them - they know how to run that business and do it well. Thanks for the hospitality.

Great Customer Service - Jessie helped me fix my old glasses and helped me get pricing on a new pair. When other stores wouldn’t fix my glasses for me. Great service this is the second time I have been to this store and the service has always been excellent way better than other Pearle Vision I went to.

Wasted my time coming here. Got here at 6:05pm on Friday and the door there is a sticker that says they’re open until 8pm but the door was locked and it was dark. Just because the hours are changed online doesn’t mean people will know. Rip that store hours sign down if it’s not going to be correct. Thanks for wasting my time

Do not accept a receipt that is texted to you. It will not be accepted by the insurance company. Insist on a detailed invoice in the store.
