Love going to Hampton court. The tour through the castle is really interesting and the decorated rooms amazing. The gardens are huge and full of amazing plants. If you have kids they will love the adventure playground , which has walkways, bug slides and sand/water pits. Make sure you head to the palace for the food festivals in the summer too!

Always great to visit the palace but during April they have the Lindt bunny trail for the kids too which is amazing fun and gives parents opportunity to really enjoy the gardens. The tulip festival was new addition this year and coincided with bunny trail (running till early May). The display of tulips in the gardens bring an array of merriment during this dismal period

Wonderful house and formal gardens but very crowded on Easter Monday. Only one place open for food and drink which had long queues and was expensive e.g. 6.95 for a wrap and 11 a bun with pulled pork. Good child's play 'magic garden', but far too full and any social distancing for covid very hard.

Beautiful grounds and very well maintained. Even tough we were limited to the outside grounds only due to Covid restrictions, it was a great day out

My boyfriend has the royal pass so the guards let us in but it isn't open to the public (I didn't understand the reason). It was nice to see how the court kept its value and beauty over the years! There is a very beautiful garden, a fountain that fortunately wasn't working but I bet when they will open it will work and will attract many tourists! What I liked the most was the garden, even though it was raining the gardens didn't lose their beauty and birds and ducks were there too making the layout so pretty! There's a big river view too which I love and I adore the trees shapes of the garden, so accurate! If it wasn't raining I would have seen many more things but unfortunately the rain began stronger so me and my boyfriend decided to go to the ice rink at the court which was a wonderful experience too!

This Palace made me buy annual membership for the royal palaces. Beautifully maintained, both castle and areas surrounding. Love it and love live exhibitions and performances they do. Every visit is different. Highly recommend, a must visit.

We went on good Friday. Tickets were sold out in the morning so had to book a 3pm slot. We were let in early which was nice. They had the Lindt Easter bunny hunt but wasn’t obvious what you had to do, no signs etc. Once in the courtyard we were encouraged to go through some hallways (inside the palace), with plenty of doors that needed to be opened, no sure why they hadn’t propped them open so we didn’t have to touch them, no obvious one-way system so people coming towards you, no social distancing. No one telling you about the lovely horse and cart ride that you might like to book in advance , no one telling you you will have to queue for the playground. Organisation below par unfortunately. Kids didn’t get to go in the playground, 90 minute restriction ridiculous, 30 mins would have been plenty. At least my kids weren’t disappointed by this. Then a 10 minute queue to pick up the “reward”. Gardens are beautiful!
