Good place for ice skating

Love this park. Spent many days here growing up, so I might be biased. The city has kept this park clean and up to date. It is a beautiful gem with some amazing oak trees. I'm no frisbee golf expert, but it's great the city has kept up with the times and tried to offer more for others. My most recent visit involved sledding on the backside. It was great, my kids had the thrill of re living my childhood. Amazing to think we would sled right onto the frozen pond at the bottm of the hill. In this day and age that's not allowed, which is prob for the better.
It's going to take a little time to be the same, inundated with flood waters from the unprotected almost natural Mississippi River banks for an extended period took its toll on the place. Many opportunities for groups, individuals and the city to re-beautify the place. NO DOUBT still attractive and currently a little empty. Remember walkway courtesy. Remember bicycle speed limits. Respect the place. Respect People. Go visit! A must on QCA to do list. Part of an extended connecting path along the Mississippi River of MANY, MANY miles.
Love to fish and frisbee golf there.
