I work with Mark and Tom at Electrofreeze and they have been extremely helpful. Their machines are top quality and the folks I work with have provided excellent customer service. I definitely would recommend them!

Bought 3 new machines and have had nothing but trouble. As soon as we can recoup from the financial fallout these machines have cost us we will be purchasing new Taylor machines. The closest (and only) service company is 2 hours away and they suck too. Gave one star only because zero is not an option.
Horrific !!! This is the best word to describe HC Duke's customer service. I purchased a machine over 18000.00 . The machine had a defective head dispenser. I called to return the head dispenser under warranty. The man Said, "I must pay for the part up front and I'll receive a refund when they receive the defective part". Ok no problem until he said, " you have to pay shipping both ways . What??? I asked for his supervisor too explain why I have to pay 60.00 to return A DEFECTIVE PART ???? I can buy shoes , clothes etc. and they pay shipping both ways and its just because I decided I didn't like the shoes . I now have the pleasure of being lecture on their STUPID policy from a man who is suppose to be a supervisor and yet had no clue on dealing with an upset customer. He decided to debate with me on what good customer service is . You know the thing your NOT suppose to do Debate with an upset customer and if your of sound mind everyone will agree you shouldn't have to pay money to return A DEFECTIVE PART then too be talked to like your the idiot. Wait!! Two weeks later and I haven't received the money back for the DEFECTIVE part which is over 800.00 . Their machines don't even work good anymore try a stoeling,Taylor etc. Unless you like to pay a company for sending you defective equipment and you want someone lecturing you instead of defusing the situation then this is the place for you.
Parth Patel, I totally agree with you! Duke doesn't care after selling. Duke never fix problems and never refund.
These machines are absolute junk they don't stand behind any thing we have five of there machines and will never own another one save your time and money and buy a Taylor.
