If you want the best and most friendly service when it comes to your vehicle, come here. Hands down the best place in the QC to get work done on your car. I usually dread going to get work done on my car because I could never find a place where I felt valued as a customer. But, if Hughes Tire employees are anything like Dallas I’ll definitely be bringing my cars here from now on. Knowledgeable, kind and HONEST.

Feeling like a valued customer is everything to me, and if you feel the same way, this is the shop to take your car to. The staff at this company is amazing. They provided me with such wonderful, friendly service today. I woke up this morning with a flat tire, two shops couldn’t get a tire in for my car until Monday at the latest, and I was very overwhelmed trying to deal with this problem. One of their employees, Dallas, was so kind and made sure that this problem was handled same-day for me. Every time I called to check in and ask questions, I was greeted with prompt answers and I really felt like a valued customer here. Absolutely nothing is worse for me than taking my car somewhere, and being told after the fact that extra work was done and that I owed much more than the quote I was given. When I arrived at the shop, I was forewarned that extra work may need to be done on my tire, and how much that would be. I appreciated having that knowledge and having time to prepare for that possibility. I will definitely be returning here in the future. Amazing business.
