The psychiatrist is understanding and helpful. The staff are very kind and compassionate and they will take the time to meet your needs. They care about people and are supportive. I had an amazing experience and I would recommend this hospital to anyone. There is a lot of love at east mountain. I can say that they truly helped me. If your struggling and you need help East mountain hospital is the best place to go. The staff go out of their way to make people comfortable. It's more than a paycheck. It's more than a job. They enjoy what they do. It's a big part of their life. I met a lot of amazing people.

I'm devastated that they had to close. Very caring staff and Doctor. Thanks to the Government less and less will be available for those in need. Is this how you're going to deal with the mental health system? Shame on you and pay you're bill's so this doesn't snowball.

Wonderful experience here. Hands down the most therapeutic environment I've ever been in. The staff genuinely cares and would relentlessly worry about my plans for discharge. The sense of community here is strong and if you're having mental problems I strongly recommend this facility. They've given me hope for my future. In a world of money mill \Addiction/mental health\ treatment centers, this one actually feels like it's run by human beings. 5 stars for sure.. Great place.
