The Academy actively cultivates meaningful relationships among athletes and staff, while, at the same time measuring and tracking each athlete’s progress. Each session is open to 100 girls, ages 10 – 15, who are passionate about soccer and looking to elevate their game. The Academy’s Directors of Soccer oversees a specialized staff of top NCAA coaches and student-athletes. The player to coach ratio is 8:1. All athletes live in cabins, grouped by age, with two or three cabin counselors who also oversee non-soccer activities like swimming, fishing, hiking, land sports, campfires, special events & evening activities.
