There is definitely no in between with this doctors surgery. You either get properly diagnosed, or you will be improperly diagnosed and left scarred by the experience. The waiting times are abysmal, and when i was younger, (around 10 or 11), i had a yeast infection, and instead of letting a female doctor look, (which i don't believe they had at the time if i'm remembering correctly), they let Dr Ravindran look instead and it was completely humiliating. I refuse to go here with any private related issues, and now only go in order to get tested for repeat prescriptions.

I've been with this practice since 2011 and there has been changes but overall it's a good practice. I've had the odd problem with repeat prescriptions but a quick call usually sorts it out. The staff are pleasant and try their best to resolve any queries you might have . I've only given 4 stars just because of the lack of appointments available at times. I do wish Dr Majid had not left , he was the best doctor I've ever had and wherever hes gone to are luck to have him.

Just a complete and utter Sham. Manager is incompetent. Ask for an urgent referral letter and they take weeks. Are not consistent with the fees, when asked for 1 refferal letter there was no fee, then when asked for another they wanted a fee. Please avoid. I have put my transfer request through to another surgery. This surgery needs to close. Incompetent the lot of them. Sonica Wahi the DR needs to go back to education and resit exams, where did you find her from.. unbelievable

I was with the Practice for 9yrs but a New Manager came in and seemed to take a dislike to me. Tried many times to get me off the books and felt like I was picked on unfairly. Now moved to another Dlctors and would advise you to avoid.
