I had an absolutely wonderful experience with Accurate Heating & Cooling. After having a number of defects missed on my home inspection, Accurate Heating & Cooling was empathetic, patient, and very transparent about my problems, and what would be the best and safest solution. Working with Josh for my initial inspection was great, and he took the time to explain everything to me in detail. He communicated right away anytime I needed anything or had any questions, and was available by either text or phone call. Brandon also was wonderful and knowledgeable. Their financing options gave me peace of mind, and they installed both my new furnace and water heater within a couple of days of me making my decision. I will absolutely use and recommend Accurate Heating & Cooling in the future. They are the best!!

We could not be happier! Brandon took care of the business end and quoting in an ACCURATE and timely manner. He sincerely listened to our needs. Options were offered but not pushed. Josh did an excellent job on the installation. He was prompt, professional and very hard working. His knowledge and skill level bring credit to Accurate and himself. The products are solid and well engineered and built. Thank you ACCURATE for increasing our quality of life in our home.

Accurate did an outstanding job removing our moldy flexible ducts and replacing with hard pipe in a very limited space. Not only did they install a quality system, they threw in their expertise and dedication to quality for free. Not many companies would have known what to do with our complex emergency renovation and Accurate handled it with ease. They also updated our supply and return locations along the way to have a more comfortable home. Thank you Shane, Brandon, and Justin!
My basement flooded and got everything working except the heater. Contacted Accurate they promptly set up a time for next day.. Brandon was very professional and did an excellent, quick job replacing my mother board and transformers.. 5 stars thanks a lot.
