Easy access, convenient and usually have parts in stock. The majority of the employees are great to deal with. The female manager likes to try and tell you you need something other than what you want and almost treats you like you are bothering her for coming in to buy stuff. She has an issue with \always being right\ and treats the customer as if they don't know what's wrong with their own vehicle.
