Took my car in for flat tire on a Thursday. They tried to sell me tire not weight rated for my car before I asked. They did not stock correct tire and had to order and said it would be in on Tuesday but possibly Wed at latest. Checked on Tuesday and different employee said wouldn’t be in until hopefully Thursday. One week without a car to drive is unacceptable. Employees should know what days they get tire shipments on. Took 8 days to get car completed. They are very understaffed and almost impossible to get someone to help you for 5 minutes without multiple interruptions.

Made an appointment for when they first opened. 2 hours later, still waiting for my tire rotation to be completed. This is the 3rd time I have spent 2-3 hours waiting for a tire rotation. No wonder Costco tires are cheap. Will never come back.

I setup an appointment to get new set of tires with Peoria Costco Tire Center. Showed up on time found out I dont have an appointment. I dont have any confirmation number or email because tire center never send any confirmation. Considering I live 1hour and 30min away I decided to stay. I was told it could take upto 2hours. Came back after two was told it will be take another two hours because appointment customer get preference. After they start working on car took out old tires and left the rims for the next one hour. I asked whats going on and found out they are not able to find my tires. Its been almost four hours. After explaining to the staff how unprofessional they are at their they have found the tires. Gary the front desk person has no clue how to deal with customers, check where the tires are for the cars in the shop, or how long it will take to replace it According to him it could be 2hours atleast or right before the closing?

Got 4 new tires put on just a week ago. So far so good. They do walk-ins the first half of the day and scheduled appointments starting at 1 i think. So get there early!

the staff is awesome! my low tire light came on and by the time I got there, it was at 11 psi. they got me in, and luckily it was able to be fixed ! I was only there about a hour and I believe it was Andrew, even brought my car up to the front for me! great service!

Sara is a true perfection her and the others there. That worked on my vehicle were kind and treated my vehicle as if it was there own. Buying tires at costco. Was wonderful all but the writing of the check. Ha. Ha. Thank you very much for the kindness of your staff. Lynn wahls
