We stopped in on a Wednesday evening so it was not very busy. We were waited on promptly with very friendly service. The lobby was clean and appears well kept except for the garbages were very full. The bathrooms were the cleanest bathrooms I’ve used in East Peoria! We will be back.

Non political corporation that didn't succumb to the "only minorities" craze that Starbucks and many other coffee chains have already done. Straight forward good coffee and Donuts for cheap. This particular location is not special, but exactly how they should be. Will be going here frequently.
Iove Dunkin it's cheaper then Starbucks and they have happy hour from 2 to 6 they havelarge ice coffee for 2.00
I always go here, but am only going to get black coffee now. One day, you can order 2 creams....not nearly enough. The next day order 3 and it's like you are drinking a cup of nothing but half and half. And typically within a pretty wide margin of error, I am the least picky person in the world about the food/drink I order. Maybe establish some consistency among your workers, because there is absolutely none, even when it comes to things that should be easily measurable.
Freshest DD donuts we have ever had. Super clean and friendly, too. Keep it this way!
Gave me a latte with no milk. I'm not even sure how you mess that up unless you just don't know what a latte is.
If you got time to wait in the line for 45 mins then it's worth it but if your in a hurry may as well just skip it
